DMCA Policy

Zero2Cloud.org (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a nonprofit platform dedicated to curating and sharing publicly available cloud engineering tutorial videos. All embedded videos are credited appropriately with the original creator’s name, image, channel, and available social media handles. Our goal is to promote learning while respecting creators’ rights.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and visitors to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy for handling copyright infringement notifications.

1. Content Usage and Attribution

All video content on Zero2Cloud.org is embedded directly from YouTube using the standard YouTube embed functionality, as permitted under YouTube’s Terms of Service. We do not download, host, or modify any video content. Each video is properly attributed to its original creator with the following:

  • Creator’s name
  • Channel link
  • Profile image (if available)
  • Social media handles (if available)

We believe our use qualifies as fair and permissible under YouTube’s API and platform policies. However, we honor the rights of all content creators and are committed to removing embedded content upon request.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a content creator or a copyright holder and believe that your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or if you prefer that your content not be featured on our site, please contact us directly at:

Subject: DMCA Takedown Request

Please include the following in your request:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • The exact URL(s) of the content on Zero2Cloud.org that you wish to have removed
  • A statement confirming that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your claim is accurate

We will review all requests promptly and remove the content in question within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 48 hours.
